Cross Stitch Ohio Star Quilt and Barn Cross Stitch PDF digital pattern file

This cross stitch pattern has been inspired by my love of barns and quilts. My grandmother was a quilter who made beautiful quilts and I am grateful to own several. My mother taught me to hand sew, machine sew and my grandmother taught me to hand stitch and quilt. Stitching has brought me many years of joy.
I love the Ohio star quilt pattern and this is a version of that quilt stitched with vibrant embroidery thread colors. The stitched cows are Dutch Belt cows. My. husband and I have lived on a farm most of our marriage and had these cows on our farm,.

The pattern is simple to stitch, and comes with easy directions for finishing off the design as shown. It can also be framed in a simple frame as well.
